MLS plan · Canadian REALTORS®

Your MLS® listings, on your website.

On the MLS plan, your own MLS® listings show up on your website by themselves, with photos, and stay up to date. When one sells, mark it as sold and it stays on your site as proof of your track record. The sale price is never shown.

Why realtors use MLS® listings

Your listings, automatically

Once we verify your CREA agent ID, your MLS® listings and their photos arrive on your website and stay up to date. Nothing to retype.

Mark as sold

When a listing leaves MLS®, your admin shows a “Needs review” note. Click Mark as sold and it’s back on your site with a Sold label.

The sale price stays private

Sold listings never show a price on your website, on the listing card or on the listing page.

Your photos stay with it

The photos are kept with the listing after it leaves MLS®, so your Sold page still looks great.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Step 1: Choose the MLS plan

Start free, then pick the MLS plan in Billing. Your brokerage needs to take part in CREA’s DDF®.

  2. Step 2: Verify your CREA agent ID

In your admin, go to Website, then Branding, enter your CREA agent ID under MLS® listings and click Verify. We confirm it within 5 business days.

  3. Step 3: Your listings go live

Your listings appear on their own. When one sells, Listings shows it as Needs review: click Mark as sold.

Mark as sold

When a listing sells, your website keeps the credit.

Every sale is proof that you get results. Here’s what happens when one of your listings leaves MLS®.

  1. It leaves MLS®

The listing is taken off your website for the moment, but nothing is deleted. Your photos are kept.

  2. You get a note

Listings in your admin marks it “Needs review”, with a Mark as sold button right there.

  3. You choose

Mark as sold, keep it online as Off market, or take it off your website. You can change it later.

  4. It shows as Sold

A Sold label on your website and a place on your Sold page. No price, and old links still lead to it.

Your call

Didn’t sell? You decide what visitors see.

Nothing shows as sold unless you say so. Pick what fits, in one click.

  • Sold
A Sold label on your website and your Sold page. No price shown.
  • Off market, keep the page online
The page stays online with an Off market tag, so old links work. No price.
  • Off market, hide
    Taken off your website.
  • Expired
The listing expired. Taken off your website.

FAQ

MLS® listings: questions

Which plan includes MLS® listings?

The MLS plan, for Canadian REALTORS® whose brokerage takes part in CREA’s DDF®. On every plan, in any country, you can also add listings yourself.

What happens when my listing sells?

It isn’t deleted. It’s taken off your website for the moment, and Listings in your admin marks it Needs review. Click Mark as sold (add the sold date if you like; it starts at today) and it’s back on your site with a Sold label and on your Sold page.

Will the sale price show?

No. Sold listings never show a price on your website.

What if it didn’t sell?

Choose Off market and either keep the page online with an Off market tag, or take it off your website. You can also mark it Expired, or just hide it. You can change your choice later.

Do old links to the listing still work?

Yes, when you mark it as sold or keep it online as off market. People with the old link, or coming from Google, land on the listing. Hidden and expired listings are taken off your website.

Can visitors search for homes?

Yes. On the MLS plan your website has a Map search page, where visitors search MLS® listings by location, type, price, beds and baths and see them on a map. Your own listings have their own page with a map too.

Do MLS® listings count toward my listing limit?

No. Listings from MLS® never count. Only your own Active listings that you add yourself do.

What if the listing comes back on the market?

If it’s listed on MLS® again, it goes back to showing as an active listing on your website.
