Yes, on the Basic and MLS plans. Every site gets a free yourname.realtyterminus.net address; on a paid plan you can connect a domain you own (e.g. yourname.com) from your dashboard. You add one DNS record at your registrar and we take care of the SSL certificate. Your email stays with your current provider.
MLS® listings via CREA DDF® are available for Canadian realtors. MLS-plan sites receive listings automatically through CREA’s Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) — your brokerage must participate in CREA and we verify your CREA agent ID. On every plan, in any country, you can add listings manually.

Only your own listings marked Active count — conditional, sold, leased and draft listings don’t, and MLS® feed listings never do. Blog drafts never count: a post counts when it’s first published in a month, and the count resets on the 1st of each month (Pacific time). Unpublishing or deleting a published post doesn’t free up its slot. If you move to a plan with lower limits, nothing is removed — you just can’t add more until you’re under the limit.
Canadian websites are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD); websites everywhere else in US dollars (USD). The amounts are the same. Taxes are extra where they apply.
