Ask AI, in your admin

It will

  • Answer from your own data: your leads (with every email both ways), listings, website visitors, plan and all your website content.
  • Explain how to do anything in RealtyTerminus, with the steps and the help article.
  • Know which admin page you’re on, so “this listing” or “this post” just works.
  • Prepare work for you to approve: reply to a lead, invite them to a showing, update a lead’s status or notes.
  • Create, edit, show or hide listings, blog posts, pages, testimonials, communities, buildings, team members, videos, partner logos and gallery photos, and change your home page text.
  • Keep your conversations, and show everything you approved in Activity.

It won’t

  • Do anything without your click.
  • Delete anything. It can hide or unpublish instead.
  • Read your mailbox, like Gmail or Outlook.
  • Invent facts, prices or reviews.
  • Create images or browse the web.
  • Change your billing, plan, passwords, domain or template.
  • Edit MLS® listings that come from the feed.
  • Give legal, tax or financial advice.

The free month

How the free month works.

Every new website can try both parts free for 30 days, including during your 30-day free plan.

  1. Start it when you’re ready. A banner in your admin offers it. Click See what it does, then Start my free month.
  2. 30 days from that day. Ask AI and your website assistant both switch on straight away.
  3. Reminders before it ends. We email you 7 days and 1 day before.
  4. It switches off by itself. No card needed and nothing is charged. Your conversations stay in your account.
  5. Keep it if you like. After the month, the AI assistant is an optional add-on.
FAQ

AI assistant: questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The AI assistant is free for 30 days from the day you start it, with no card needed. Nothing is charged: when the month ends, it simply switches off.

Who can try it?

Every new RealtyTerminus website, including websites on the 30-day free plan. Each website can have one free AI month.

What happens after 30 days?

Both parts switch off on their own. We email you 7 days and 1 day before. Your conversations and the list of what you approved stay in your account. After that, the AI assistant is an optional add-on.

Can it send an email or change my website without me?

No. Ask AI prepares the work and shows it to you as a card. Nothing is sent, published or changed until you click to approve it.

Can it delete anything?

No. It can hide or unpublish things for you, but it never deletes.

Does it read my Gmail or Outlook?

No. It only sees emails sent through RealtyTerminus, and emails you Cc or Bcc to your assistant’s own address.

Will the website assistant give price estimates?

No. It never puts a price on a home or predicts prices. Valuation requests go to you as a lead.

Can I see it working before I sign up?

Yes. Open one of our demo websites and click the chat button at the bottom right. It’s the real assistant, answering from that demo website’s listings.
