Your assistant’s email address
Your website has its own assistant email address, shown in the admin top bar. Cc or Bcc it when you email clients from Gmail or Outlook and the email is saved on that client’s lead.
Your website has its own assistant address. When you Cc or Bcc it on emails with clients, the email is saved on that client’s lead, so the whole conversation sits in one place, and Ask AI can see it too.
Steps
Find your address
Your assistant’s address is in the top bar of your admin, next to an envelope icon (on smaller screens, just the icon). Click it, then click Copy address.
Finish setup
Reply “OK” to the welcome email Meet your assistant, or send any email to the address from your own mailbox. Your mailbox then remembers it, and you get a short confirmation. Click the address in the top bar and it now says Connected to your mailbox.
Cc or Bcc it on client emails
When you email a client from Gmail, Outlook or your phone, add your assistant address in Cc or Bcc. The email is saved on that client’s lead, with any attachments. Someone who isn’t a lead yet is added as a new lead.
Replies come back by themselves
Replies you send from RealtyTerminus already include the address, so your clients’ answers land in their lead’s history, and in your own inbox as usual.
Questions
Does Ask AI read my whole mailbox?
No. It only sees emails sent through RealtyTerminus and the ones you Cc or Bcc to your assistant address.
Who sends the welcome email?
It comes from your assistant’s own address when your AI assistant is switched on, so replying “OK” is all it takes to finish setup.
