Can I attach screenshots?
Yes. Add screenshots or a PDF to your request. A picture of what you see is often the quickest way to explain it.
How will I know you replied?
We send you an email for each reply. The email has a button that takes you straight to the request. In your admin, Help & support lists all your requests with their status.
Do you offer phone or live chat?
No. Support is by request in your admin, with replies by email. That way every answer is written down and easy to find later.
Can I still email you?
Yes, at [email protected]. A request from your admin is easier for us, because it comes with your website details.
Will you build or update my site for me?
Support helps you use RealtyTerminus. Design and content work is a separate done-for-you service, quoted per project.
