How to start your AI free month
On the AI banner at the top of your admin, click See what it does, then Start my free month. Ask AI and your website assistant are free for 30 days, no card needed, and switch off on their own.
Every new website can try both AI helpers free for 30 days: Ask AI in your admin and the assistant on your website. No card is needed and nothing is charged. You choose the day it starts.
Steps
Find the AI banner
At the top of your admin, look for the banner that starts with New: an AI assistant for your admin and your website.
See what it does
Click See what it does. The window lists what Ask AI and Website AI will and won’t do, and the date your free month would end.
Start it
Click Start my free month. Both switch on straight away, and the banner shows how many days are left, with links to Open Ask AI and Activity & usage.
Set up your website assistant
Go to Website → AI assistant to give it a name, a tone, a greeting and your own rules. See How to set up your website assistant.
Questions
What happens when the 30 days are up?
Ask AI and your website assistant switch off on their own. Nothing is charged. We email you 7 days and 1 day before. Your conversations and everything you approved stay in your account.
Can I keep it after the free month?
Yes, it’s an optional add-on. The reminder emails tell you how to keep it.
I’m not ready yet. Can I start it later?
Yes. Click Not now to hide the banner for a week. The 30 days only start when you click Start my free month.
I don’t see the banner.
Each website can have one free AI month. If your website has already had it, or already has the AI add-ons, the banner doesn’t show. Send us a support request if you think it should.
