Every new website can try two separate AI experts free for 30 days: **Ask AI**, your assistant in the admin, and **Website AI**, an expert for your clients on your website. No card is needed and nothing is charged. You choose the day it starts.

## Steps

1. **Find the AI banner.** At the top of your admin, look for the banner that starts with **New: two AI experts**.
2. **See what it does.** Click **See what it does**. The window lists what Ask AI and Website AI will and won’t do, and the date your free month would end.
3. **Start it.** Click **Start my free month**. Both experts switch on straight away, and the banner shows how many days are left, with links to **Open Ask AI** and **Activity & usage**.
4. **Set up your website assistant.** Go to **Website** → **AI assistant** to give Website AI a name, a tone, a greeting and your own rules. See [How to set up your website assistant](https://www.realtyterminus.com/help/how-to-set-up-your-website-assistant).

## Questions

### What happens when the 30 days are up?

Ask AI and Website AI switch off on their own. Nothing is charged. We email you 7 days and 1 day before. Your conversations and everything you approved stay in your account.

### Can I keep it after the free month?

Yes, it’s an optional add-on. The reminder emails tell you how to keep it.

### I’m not ready yet. Can I start it later?

Yes. Click **Not now** to hide the banner for a week. The 30 days only start when you click **Start my free month**.

### I don’t see the banner.

Each website can have one free AI month. If your website has already had it, or already has the AI add-ons, the banner doesn’t show. [Send us a support request](https://www.realtyterminus.com/help/how-to-send-a-support-request) if you think it should.
