How to send your website leads to your CRM automatically
In Leads, click Send to my CRM, paste your CRM’s lead email address, choose which leads to send, click Send a test lead, then Save. Every new lead then also goes to your CRM.
Most real estate CRMs give you a lead email address: anything sent there becomes a new contact. Paste it once and every new lead from your website also goes to your CRM, so you don’t copy anything by hand. Leads still arrive in Leads and in your email as before.
Steps
Find your CRM’s lead email address
Sign in to your CRM and open its settings. Look for Lead sources, Lead routing or Email parsing, and copy the address it gives you.
Open Send to my CRM
In your admin, click Leads, then Send to my CRM at the top.
Paste the address and choose which leads
Paste it into Your CRM’s lead email address. Tick which leads to send: Website forms, Leads from your website assistant and Listing alert sign-ups.
Send a test lead
Click Send a test lead, then check that a contact called “Test Lead” appears in your CRM. You can delete it afterwards.
Save
Click Save. The status changes to On, and new leads go to your CRM within a few minutes of arriving.
Questions
What does my CRM receive?
A plain email for each lead with the name, email, phone, where it came from, buy or sell, the listing or page, and their message. The visitor’s email is the reply address, so replying from your CRM reaches them.
Are my old leads sent too?
No. Only leads that arrive after you click Save. To move older leads, use the CSV button in Leads and import the file into your CRM. See How to export your leads to Excel (CSV).
Are spam leads sent?
No. Leads flagged as suspected spam stay in Leads only.
My CRM doesn’t have a lead email address. What can I do?
Export your leads with the CSV button and import them..
How do I stop it?
Open Leads → Send to my CRM and click Stop sending. Leads keep arriving in Leads and in your email.
It says Paused. Why?
Your CRM address didn’t accept our emails several times in a row. Check the address in your CRM, click Send a test lead, then Save again.
