# What Ask AI can and can’t do

> Ask AI answers from your own leads, listings, visitors and website content, and prepares replies and changes as cards you approve with one click. It never acts without your click and never deletes.

Ask AI is your assistant inside the admin. It knows your account, explains RealtyTerminus, and gets work ready for you. Nothing it prepares is sent, published or changed until you approve it. Website AI is a separate expert for your clients: it talks to visitors on your website directly, within the rules you set, and hands them to you as leads. ## Steps

1. **Open Ask AI.** Click **Ask AI** at the top of the menu, or the **Ask AI** button in the top bar. It knows the admin page you’re on, so you can ask about “this listing” or “this post”.
2. **Ask in your own words.** Ask about your leads (including every email with them, both ways), your listings, your website visitors, your plan or any of your website content. Or ask how to do something in RealtyTerminus: it answers with the steps and the help article.
3. **Approve the work it prepares.** When you ask it to do something, like reply to a lead, invite them to a showing, change a lead’s status, add a note, or create, edit, show or hide a listing, blog post, page, testimonial, community, building, team member, video, partner logo or gallery photo, it shows a card. Edit the card if you like, then click its button to approve, or click **Not now**.
4. **See what you approved.** Conversations are kept in the list on the left. Click **Activity & usage** to see everything you approved and this month’s use.

## Questions

### What won’t Ask AI do?

It won’t do anything without your click, delete anything (it can hide or unpublish instead), read your mailbox, invent facts, prices or reviews, create images or browse the web, change your billing, plan, passwords, domain or template, edit MLS® listings that come from the feed, or give legal, tax or financial advice.

### Can it see my Gmail or Outlook?

No. It only sees emails sent through RealtyTerminus and emails you Cc or Bcc to your assistant’s address. See [Your assistant’s email address](https://www.realtyterminus.com/help/your-assistants-email-address).

### What if my details don’t match?

It asks you instead of guessing. It can also point out problems, like a listing whose description and details disagree, or leads waiting for a reply.
